How do I sign up for MyOchsner?

For people who want to participate in MyOchsner will be issued an activation code during a clinic visit. The code will enable you to create your own user ID and password on once you have the activation code, click on the sign up now button and type in your activation code and date of birth to create a MyOchsner account.

What do I need to use MyOchsner?

All you need is access to a computer with an internet connection and an updated browser (such as google chrome, Mozilla Firefox). Also, you can download the MyChart mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
